What to wear As our classes are very active, students should wear what they would to an exercise class. Yoga pants, tight t-shirt, and joggers are advised. It is also recommended that students eat a light, healthy snack 30minutes before class to ensure they have enough energy for class. There is no eating allowed in the class room due to allergies. It is beneficial for students to bring a water bottle, particularly in summer.

No jewellery is allowed.
